10 Haziran 2022 tarih ve 31862 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de Adalet Bakanlığının Tekirdağ, Malatya ve Denizli’de Bölge Adliye Mahkemelerinin Kurulmasına ilişkin kararı yayınladı. Yayınlanan karar sonrası Tekirdağ Bölge Adliyesi Kurucu Cumhuriyet Başsavcısı olarak Ünal Bingül atandı.

Hâkimler ve Savcılar Kurulu 2022 yaz kararnamesinine, göre Fethiye Cumhuriyet Başsavcısı Ünal Bingül Tekirdağ Bölge Adliye Mahkemesi Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı görevine atanırken, Bingül’ün Erzurum’da görev yaptığı süre içerisinde başta FETÖ operasyonları olmak üzere önemli izler bıraktığ öğrenildi.
