Edirne’de otluk alanda yangın; polis ağaç dallarıyla müdahale etti

Ünsal YÜCEL/ EDİRNE, (DHA)- EDİRNE’nin Keşan ilçesinde otluk alanda çıkan yangın, itfaiye ve polis ekipleri ile mahalle halkının çabasıyla güvercin kümeslerine sıçramadan söndürüldü.

Yangın, saat 20.00 sıralarında Aşağı Zaferiye Mahallesi Derya Sokak’ta meydana geldi. Sokak üzerindeki otluk alanda henüz bilinmeyen nedenleı yangın çıktı. Alevler, rüzgarın da etkisiyle kısa sürede yayılırken, ihbar üzerine bölgeye polis ve itfaiye ekipleri sevk edildi. Olay yerine ilk ulaşan polis ekibi ağaç dallarıyla, vatandaşlar ise su doldurdukları bidonlarla yangının büyümesini önlemeye çalıştı. Yangın, itfaiyenin müdahalesiyle yakında bulunan güvercin kümeslerine sıçramadan kontrol altına alınarak, söndürüldü. Polisin olayla ilgili incelemesi sürüyor. (DHA)
