E-Devlet \u00fczerinde mezuniyet bilgileri bulunmayan adaylar\u0131n ba\u015fvuru s\u0131ras\u0131nda ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015famamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in e-Devlet \u00fczerinde yer almayan mezuniyet bilgilerini mezun olduklar\u0131 e\u011fitim kurumundan g\u00fcncelle\u015ftirmeleri gerekmektedir. \u0130landa belirtilen KPSS puan t\u00fcr\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda farkl\u0131 bir puan t\u00fcr\u00fcnden ba\u015fvuru yapan adaylar\u0131n ba\u015fvurular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r. EK-1\/A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H listelerde belirtilen s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli pozisyonlarda ilk defa istihdam edileceklerin Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Memur S\u0131nav, Atama ve Nakil Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin 5 ve 6 nc\u0131 maddelerinde yaz\u0131l\u0131 olan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I) Genel \u015eartlar:<\/strong><br \/>\na) T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 olmak,<br \/>\nb) \u0130lk defa atanacaklar i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak s\u0131nav\u0131n son ba\u015fvuru g\u00fcn\u00fc olan 17 Mart 2022 tarihinde 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 40 \u0131nc\u0131 maddesindeki ya\u015f \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak,<br \/>\nc) Merkez\u00ee s\u0131nav\u0131n (lisans, \u00f6n lisans ve orta\u00f6\u011fretim mezunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in KPSS-2020) yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n Ocak ay\u0131n\u0131n birinci g\u00fcn\u00fc itibar\u0131yla;<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Zab\u0131t k\u00e2tibi, m\u00fcba\u015fir, teknisyen, i\u015faret dili terc\u00fcman\u0131, \u015fof\u00f6r, a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 ve hizmetli unvanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in 35 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bitirmemi\u015f olmak, (1 Ocak 1985 ve sonras\u0131 do\u011fumlu olanlar s\u0131nava m\u00fcracaat edebilecektir.)<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Koruma ve g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6revlisi unvan\u0131 i\u00e7in 30 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bitirmemi\u015f olmak, (1 Ocak 1990 ve sonras\u0131 do\u011fumlu olanlar s\u0131nava m\u00fcracaat edebilecektir.)<br \/>\n\u00e7) Askerlikle ilgisi bulunmamak veya askerlik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na gelmemi\u015f olmak, askerlik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na gelmi\u015f ise muvazzaf askerlik hizmetini yapm\u0131\u015f yahut ertelenmi\u015f ya da yedek s\u0131n\u0131fa ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f olmak,<br \/>\nd) 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 48\/1-A\/5 bendinde say\u0131lan su\u00e7lardan mahk\u00fbm olmamak,<br \/>\ne) 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 53 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri sakl\u0131 kalmak kayd\u0131 ile g\u00f6revini devaml\u0131 yapmas\u0131na engel olabilecek ak\u0131l hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmamak,<br \/>\nf) Kamu haklar\u0131ndan mahrum olmamak,<br \/>\ng) Ar\u015fiv ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 sonucu olumlu olmak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II) \u00d6zel \u015eartlar:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>A- S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli zab\u0131t k\u00e2tibi pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\na) Fak\u00fclte veya y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131n bilgisayar b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, adalet meslek y\u00fcksekokulu veya meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131n\u0131n adalet, adalet \u00f6n lisans veya ceza infaz ve g\u00fcvenlik hizmetleri program\u0131, lise veya meslek liselerinin adalet alan\u0131 ve ilgili mevzuat uyar\u0131nca bunlara denkli\u011fi kabul edilen program veya alanlar\u0131 ile di\u011fer lise ve dengi okullar\u0131n bilgisayar veya bili\u015fim teknolojileri alanlar\u0131ndan mezun olmak,\u00a0<strong>(Bu bentte say\u0131lan \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndan mezun olanlardan ayr\u0131ca daktilo veya bilgisayar sertifikas\u0131 istenmeyecektir.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>b) Yukar\u0131da say\u0131lanlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, en az lise veya dengi okul mezunu olup, daktilo ya da bilgisayar dersini ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belgelemek veya en son ba\u015fvuru tarihi itibar\u0131yla Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca onayl\u0131 veya kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131nca d\u00fczenlenen kurslar sonucu verilen daktilo ya da bilgisayar sertifikas\u0131na sahip olmak. (Daktilo ya da bilgisayar dersini ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayan aday buna ili\u015fkin resmi belgeyi, daktilo veya bilgisayar sertifikas\u0131 bulunan aday ise sertifikay\u0131 e-devlet ba\u015fvurusu esnas\u0131nda sisteme y\u00fckleyecektir.)<\/p>\n<p>c) Uygulamal\u0131 s\u0131navdan en az bir hafta \u00f6nce Bakanl\u0131k internet sitesinde ilan edilecek yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinler aras\u0131ndan, s\u0131nav s\u0131ras\u0131nda her bir grup i\u00e7in ilgisine g\u00f6re s\u0131nav kurulu veya komisyon taraf\u0131ndan kura y\u00f6ntemiyle belirlenerek adaylara verilen ya da UYAP sistemi \u00fczerinden otomatik olarak se\u00e7ilerek elektronik ortamda g\u00f6nderilen bir metinden bilgisayar ile \u00fc\u00e7 dakikada yanl\u0131\u015fs\u0131z ve tekrars\u0131z en az doksan kelime yazmak,<\/p>\n<p>Adaylar\u0131n uygulamal\u0131 s\u0131navda en az doksan kelime yaz\u0131p yazmad\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edilirken; verilen metne sad\u0131k kal\u0131n\u0131p kal\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, yanl\u0131\u015f yaz\u0131lan kelime say\u0131s\u0131, yaz\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki kelime ve c\u00fcmle tekrarlar\u0131 ile kelime ve sat\u0131r atlama nedeniyle metnin anlam b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bozulup bozulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat edilir. De\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131l\u0131rken b\u00fcy\u00fck\/k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck harf ve noktalama i\u015faretleri dikkate al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>B- S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli m\u00fcba\u015fir pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\nEn az lise veya dengi okul mezunu olmak,<\/p>\n<p><strong>C-S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli koruma ve g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6revlisi pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\na) En az lise veya dengi okul mezunu olmak,<br \/>\nb) Son ba\u015fvuru tarihi itibar\u0131yla\u00a0<strong>ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresi dolmam\u0131\u015f<\/strong>\u00a0\u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6revlisi kimlik kart\u0131na\u00a0<strong>(silahl\u0131 ibareli)<\/strong>\u00a0sahip olmak,<br \/>\nc) Yap\u0131lacak s\u0131nav\u0131n son ba\u015fvuru tarihi itibar\u0131yla 18 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f, merkezi s\u0131nav\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n ocak ay\u0131n\u0131n birinci g\u00fcn\u00fc itibar\u0131yla 30 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bitirmemi\u015f olmak, (1 Ocak 1990 ve sonras\u0131 do\u011fumlu olanlar s\u0131nava m\u00fcracaat edebilecektir.)<br \/>\n\u00e7) Erkeklerde 170 cm, kad\u0131nlarda 160 cm\u2019den k\u0131sa boylu olmamak,<br \/>\nd) G\u00f6revini devaml\u0131 yapmas\u0131na engel olabilecek ak\u0131l hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmamak, bedensel \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fc olmamak, \u015fa\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, k\u00f6rl\u00fck, topall\u0131k, i\u015fitme kayb\u0131, \u00e7ehrede sabit eser, uzuv noksanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kekemelik ve benzeri engeller bulunmamak,<br \/>\ne) Boy uzunlu\u011funun santimetre cinsinden son iki rakam\u0131 ile kilosu aras\u0131ndaki fark 13\u2019ten fazla, 17\u2019den az olmamak, (\u00d6rne\u011fin;180 cm boyunda olan bir aday\u0131n kilosunun 80+13=93\u2019ten fazla, 80-17=63\u2019ten az olmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.)<br \/>\nf) G\u00fcvenlik soru\u015fturmas\u0131 olumlu olmak,<br \/>\ng) 5188 say\u0131l\u0131 \u00d6zel G\u00fcvenlik Hizmetlerine Dair Kanunun 10 uncu maddesinde yer alan \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak,<\/p>\n<p><strong>D- S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli teknisyen pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\nEn az meslek liseleri veya teknik liselerin ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden mezun olmak,<\/p>\n<p><strong>E- S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli i\u015faret dili terc\u00fcman\u0131 pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\na) En az \u00f6n lisans veya dengi okul mezunu olmak,<br \/>\nb) T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015faret Dili Bilim ve Onay Kurulu\u2019nun (T\u0130DBO) y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015faret Dili Yeterlilik S\u0131nav\u0131ndan (T\u0130DYES) en az 70 puan alm\u0131\u015f olmak veya terc\u00fcmanl\u0131k yapacak seviyede i\u015faret dilini bildi\u011fini g\u00f6steren en az 200 saatlik Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 onayl\u0131 belge ya da sertifikaya sahip olmak (Aday sonu\u00e7 belgesini, belge veya sertifikay\u0131 e-devlet ba\u015fvurusu esnas\u0131nda sisteme y\u00fckleyecektir.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>F- S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u015fof\u00f6r pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\na) En az lise veya dengi okul mezunu olmak,<br \/>\nb) Hizmetin \u00f6zelli\u011fine g\u00f6re\u00a0Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde yap\u0131lan, 17.04.2015 tarihli ve 29329 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazetede yay\u0131mlanan de\u011fi\u015fiklik uyar\u0131nca 1 Ocak 2016 tarihi \u00f6ncesi itibariyle en az\u00a0<strong>B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131,\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a01 Ocak 2016 tarihi sonras\u0131 itibar\u0131yla<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>ise en az D1 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131\u00a0<\/strong>s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesine sahip olmak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G- S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\na) Orta\u00f6\u011fretim veya y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k veya dengi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc mezunu olmak.\u00a0<strong>(Bu bentte say\u0131lan \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndan mezun olanlardan ayr\u0131ca a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k sertifikas\u0131, ustal\u0131k belgesi veya dengi sertifika istenmeyecektir.)<\/strong><br \/>\nb) En az lise veya dengi okul mezunu olup, halk e\u011fitim m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ile di\u011fer resm\u00ee kurum veya kurulu\u015flarca d\u00fczenlenen kurslardan verilen Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k mesle\u011fi i\u00e7in belirledi\u011fi kriterlere uygun a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k sertifikas\u0131, ustal\u0131k belgesi veya dengi sertifikaya sahip olmak. (Aday sertifikay\u0131 e-devlet ba\u015fvurusu esnas\u0131nda sisteme y\u00fckleyecektir.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>H- S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli hizmetli pozisyonunda istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/strong><br \/>\nEn az lise veya dengi okul mezunu olmak,<\/p>\n<p><strong>III) Ba\u015fvuru \u015eekli ve Tarihi:<\/strong><br \/>\nBa\u015fvurular e-Devlet \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lacak olup, adaylar\u00a0<strong>1 Mart 2022 \u2013 17 Mart 2022 tarihleri aras\u0131nda saat 23:59:59\u2019a kadar<\/strong>\u00a0https:\/\/www.turkiye.gov.tr sitesi \u00fczerinden giri\u015f yaparak, \u201cAdalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130\u015f Ba\u015fvurusu\u201d ekran\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak ba\u015fvurular\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftireceklerdir. \u015eahsen veya posta yoluyla yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurular kabul edilmeyecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Adaylar EK-1\/A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H listelerde yeri, say\u0131s\u0131, unvan\u0131 ve niteli\u011fi belirtilen\u00a0<strong>s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli pozisyonlardan sadece bir unvan i\u00e7in bir adalet komisyonuna ba\u015fvuru yapabileceklerdir. Yanl\u0131\u015f veya eksik belge y\u00fcklenmesi nedeniyle do\u011fabilecek hak kay\u0131plar\u0131ndan adaylar sorumludur.<\/p>\n<p>EK-2 G\u00fcvenlik Soru\u015fturmas\u0131 Formunun \u201cUYARI\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde belirtilen hususlara uygun olarak bilgisayar ortam\u0131nda doldurulmas\u0131, foto\u011fraf eklenerek \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn imzalanmas\u0131 suretiyle tarat\u0131larak sisteme y\u00fcklenmesi gerekmektedir.
