Bu kapsamda Tekirda\u011f genelinde yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 olan betonarme binalar\u0131n deprem performans\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Deprem Risk Y\u00f6netim ve Kentsel \u0130yile\u015ftirme Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda 01.01.1998 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren `Afet B\u00f6lgelerinde Yap\u0131lacak Yap\u0131lar&#8217; y\u00f6netmeli\u011finden \u00f6nce yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f binalar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131lacak. 1998 \u00f6ncesi yap\u0131 stokunun \u015fu an y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan 2018 T\u00fcrkiye Bina Deprem Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde belirtilen esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde analizinin yap\u0131larak deprem performans\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi ve kendi i\u00e7inde risk s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0 Bu kapsamda S\u00fcleymanpa\u015fa il\u00e7esi Alt\u0131nova Mahallesinde\u00a0\u00a0\u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 Tekirda\u011f \u015eubesi ile birlikte pilot \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu mahallelerde yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u0130MO Tekirda\u011f \u015eubesi ile birlikte tamamlanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ba\u015fvurular Tekirda\u011f B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi \u0130nternet Sitesi \u00dczerinden Al\u0131nacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Binalar\u0131n\u0131n deprem dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek isteyen vatanda\u015flar i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru ko\u015fullar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015f olup, ba\u015fvurular <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tekirdag.bel.tr\/\">www.tekirdag.bel.tr<\/a> internet sitesi \u00fczerinden al\u0131nacak. Binalar\u0131n deprem performans\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00fccretsiz olarak ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda Belediyemiz b\u00fcnyesinde teknik bir saha ekibi kurulmu\u015f olup, bina tarama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere donat\u0131 r\u00f6ntgen cihaz\u0131, beton test \u00e7ekici, dijital kumpas ve di\u011fer test ekipmanlar\u0131 temin edildi. Kurulan saha ekiplerince binalar\u0131n mimari ve statik projesi \u00fczerinden incelemesi yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclen ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistem elemanlar\u0131nda beton kalitesi ve donat\u0131lar\u0131n mevcut durumu ile ilgili inceleme yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
